## The problem

Your data exists — you just can't reach it. Panorama turns that scattered data into structured, reliable, usable resources.

- **AI** — Medical data is hard for AI to use: scattered, incomplete, hard to reach, rarely structured. Panorama structures every data point at the source, in standardized schemas, AI-ready from day one.
- **Caregiver time** — Copy-paste, double-entry, retyping results all take time away from care. Panorama captures at the point of care, pre-fills with clinical reasoning, and needs no tool change.
- **Patient journey** — The journey generates dead time rarely turned into something useful. Panorama makes every step a source of useful data, for care and research.
- **Research** — Without structured capture at the point of care, researchers spend months re-entering study variables. Panorama captures study variables once, at the point of care; cohorts are queryable instantly with full provenance.

## Panorama — the platform

Structured data, captured at the point of care. Seven capabilities:

1. **Capture** (patient data) — Every encounter recorded in structured fields, no transcription. Doctors fill what they always have; the structure is implicit.
2. **Reason** (clinical AI) — A medical reasoning engine pre-fills clinical reports and guides clinicians as they write. Every suggestion is grounded in evidence.
3. **Plan** (adaptive scheduling) — Care planning adapts to the patient's clinical context and to the unit's active trials.
4. **Integrate** (DPI · EHR) — Panorama plugs into existing patient records with no tool change and no double-entry.
5. **Explain** (auditable trace) — Every line of every report traces back to the clinical evidence that produced it. No black box.
6. **Research** (trial-ready) — Each encounter ends research-ready; cohorts are queryable the moment data lands, with standardized variables and full provenance.
7. **Open** (standards) — Standard APIs, data models, and medical terminologies keep your data portable. Physight is a core contributor to clinical interoperability.

## Deployments

Deployed at AP-HP, Europe's largest hospital network. From clinical service to research, Panorama structures data where it's produced.

- **CESAR** — Cardiac emergency unit, Hôpital Lariboisière (AP-HP). An AI-ready platform for the unit: a structured database under a clinical research protocol, prospectively collecting multimodal data. ~3,000 structured patients; live since April 2025.
- **DAR** — Department of Anesthesia & Critical Care, Hôpital Lariboisière (AP-HP). Anesthesia and critical care at scale: structured perioperative and ICU data collection. ~57,000 general anesthesias; 24/7.

- **2020** — A team rooted in Hôpital Lariboisière, in direct contact with doctors, nurses and researchers.
- **2023** — The data exists, but it's rarely structured at the right moment, in the right format.
- **April 2025** — Opening the CESAR cardiac emergency unit revealed the need for structured capture serving both care and research.
- **2025** — Panorama: a platform to turn everyday care data into research-ready resources.
